The invoices are logged in two separate finance systems. By integrating the financial data in a centralised view in a Power BI report, a clearer overview of the cashflow position is available.

The inclusion of the Power BI report into PowerPoint allows for an automatically updated slide show demonstrating the overall cash position, invoices issued, and invoices received on a monthly basis.  

By displaying this information on a wall-mounted monitor, the whole team can make informed decisions on cashflow management and allows for timely intervention to mitigate financial risks such as overdrafts, missed payments, and upward trends in unbilled work in progress.
