Property Inspections – Tracking the status of work flow

A construction industry company requested a report to provide information to support invoices raised eliminating the requirement to attach supporting documentation to each invoice. The report allows the end user to view:
- summary of work completed within a specified time period status of work on each plot status of work on each property along with
- photographs taken to support the status list of outstanding issues and
- schedule of works for completion
- view the invoices raised.
Services provided
Leveraging data from an API, the Power BI report offers a comprehensive analysis of the current state of inspections, the number of passes and fails, access to the photographs relating to the inspections, along with the location of properties where inspections have taken place.
The diagrams are specifically tailored to the needs of various internal and external parties involved in the project, providing the users with relevant and timely insights.
