Find the off-hire lease periods – Highlight information not recorded in a system

For this project, the lease of assets and the lease period is recorded in an internal system. The system provides a list of on-hire dates however a list of the off-hire dates cannot be extracted from the system therefore it is not easy for management to view which assets were available for hire at specified dates/time periods.

Services provided

A Power BI reports was created providing a gantt chart making the on-hire and off-hire periods easier to view. A separate table provides the ability to download a list of the on-hire and off-hire periods.
