Any time unrecorded? Ensuring accurate billing to clients 

Project

The client’s staff record their time spent on projects in a timesheet app. The client can extract a list of the time recorded however a comparison of recorded hours versus contracted hours is not available hence any accidentally unrecorded time on projects is not highlighted.

Services provided

A Power BI report was created which shows the time spent per project along with an analysis of the activities performed. A table comparing recorded hours to contracted hours helps understand if potentially there is any underreported time on a project which requires further investigation prior to onward billing to their client.
